What we've been up to...

As usual we're long overdue for an update but didn't want to disappoint you all by suddenly changing and doing more regularly you might miss a post since I'm sure if anyone even reads this anymore you only check it every few weeks anyway!!

Not a whole lot going on in our house lately. Camping was a blast this year. The boys had so much fun playing as much as they wanted in the dirt, and eating way to many snacks. The weather was perfect. My only complaint is the Jonny had to work the whole time so he was hardly there. I mean that literally! Oh well what's a girl to do?...

Baby Girl is now around 3/4 of a pound although she was measuring a little bigger than average at my last ultrasound so maybe she's bigger that. And she's the length of a carrot! or about 10.5 inches long. I won't be surprised at all if she's ends up being a little butter ball since both of the boys were about 10 lb. but lets all pray she's not quite that big! Although I'd rather have big than to small right!? I've finally started feeling her move around, my placenta is anterior meaning it's attached closer to my belly than back making it harder to feel movements earlier on. DARN... good thing I found that out I was having major stresses over it! All in all I feel pretty good most days now so really no complaints at all! I know I shouldn't wish time away but secretly I can't wait until THANKSGIVING!

The boys are having a fun summer they always want to be outside and I feel bad but some days it's just to darn hot for me so they usually get to play outside when Jonny can be home with them. So nigh time is the time to play outside with them! Kaelly Welly Bug is such a crack up... he's IN LOVE with Toy Story right now. We took the boys to see the third one over 4th of July weekend and he was so funny watching the movie. He talked the whole way through it. Jonny made the mistake of asking him in the car one day if we should name Baby Sister, Emarie or Oakley (the two names we've narrowed down to)? He thought for a minute and than said that we should name Sister.. Okawey (translation if you didn't get it Oakley) and he did not like Emarie. So I'm thinking we have a name picked but not for sure. I'll let you know when we officially pick it! So far he's stuck with his opinion and it's not changed! Brady is a much of a spit fire as ever...wonder who he got that from? He's starting to talk alot and is a little copycat. He's pretty content to follow Kael around and do what he's doing! Still as social as ever. While we were up visiting family for the 4th we went to a big huge fireworks celebration and he said Hi to just about everyone that walked by! The boys have a new friend who they like to play with. We'll just call him little G. He came over to play "Potato" as Kael calls it hope you enjoy some pictures!

I adore the smell of Playdough but Brady tested it and thinks it tastes BAD!

Pretty much how every picture of Kael is I guess it's an age thing or maybe a boy thing?!
Now check out this heartbreaker...think his mom would let me claim him for Baby Girl? Girls are going to fall hard for this kid, I mean who wouldn't with eyes like those!!!  I tried so hard to get him to smile for the camera but he just wouldn't. maybe next time.

Well hope that will do for now! Have a wonderful day!

Am I easily guided?

It's sunday and I'm home today with my monkey. He was up alot last night coughing and I was up alot last night with him, and then I couldn't sleep. Part of my choice to stay home was out of laziness because I am TIRED. I hate to admit that and I feel kind of guilty for it. I decided to spend my three hour block trying to do more uplifting things instead of hopping on FB or watching something pointless I logged on to the Mormon Messages page on You Tube to see what their lastest videos were. There were several I'd not seen and loved them all but I watched one that was for the Youth of my church but instantly felt my Heavenly Fathers spirit as I watched it. It's about a girl who's the world champion for horse training and she talks about how if she keeps her eye on the marker that she needs to get to she and her horse eventually get there. She talks about finding horses who are easily guided, ones who listen to her and obey her without resistance. She talked about a time recently when she kind of plateued and had to go back to the basics of horse training even though she already knew them. She compared this to the gospel. Instantly it hit me this is what I so needed to hear today. I need to get back to the basics, praying morning and night, reading my scriptures, etc... Does my Heavenly Father feel that I am easily guided by him? So I'm off to put on some of my favorite music and find my scriptures. I off to get lost in them once again! I wanted to share two messages that touched my soul this morning I hope you enjoy them.  Have a beautiful Sabbath... until next time.

p.s I couldn't get the videos to embed properly Blogger is being weird so just click on the links. I PROMISE YOU WON'T REGRET IT! DO IT NOW!

I know you are all just DYING to know...

We found out what baby is well at least the ultrasound tech agreed with my Dr. and Kael's been right all along! Not sure how much stock to take in that fact, but still fun to think maybe he's known the whole time!

He says that we should name the baby SISTER GIRL!

p.s the baby is SUPER active so much so the tech had a hard time getting all the measurements so we didn't get super great pictures either BUMMER! That's why I didn't post any, maybe next time?!

It's a ...

well we think we know but you'll just have to wait until we have a confirmation on that subject. Baby is doing well and growing like a weed, and so is my belly! I'm starting to feel the huge uncomfortable feeling you have constantly when your belly gets big but OH WELL! I'm starting to feel better some days and some days I still feel yucky but I'll take that over what it was! We had an appointment on monday and we took the boys with us. Kael was so excited to see the baby on the ultrasound and talked the whole drive home (it's a good 45 minutes) about how he saw the arms and legs and belly. He was very excited! Brady just tried to play with the machine the whole time! He could have cared less! Stay tuned to see what baby turns out to be!

By Kristen's request...

While I still need to get a belly picture up for all of you to see a couple of weeks ago one night I was talking to Kael about the baby and how it was in my tummy growing bigger and it was making my tummy bigger. Which he insists that he has a baby in his as well, he tells me all the time I need to "shhh" because his baby is asleep or I'm squishing his baby! Anyhow as we're talking about my big belly he points to my chest which is rather well endowed to begin with but worse now that I'm pregnant and asks so seriously with a puzzled look "Mom are there babies in there too?" I said no honey there is only a baby in my tummy...he than says "well they're big like your belly!" Don't know if he's just never noticed them before or what but what a funny little boy!

Saturday Adventures

Growing up I was blessed to go on many many saturday adventures with my family. It was really the only day we saw much of my dad sometimes so my parents were incredible at making saturdays ones FULL of memories. I drive Jonny nuts sometimes about it because that's what I want for my kids. Now we don't live in cool places like Japan (my most favorite childhood memories were exploring that country with my family!) but we have spent several saturdays recently in other places close to home that I absolutely adore. We had plans to have dinner on the mountain but summer rain spoiled that plan so we stayed at Jonny's parents and made cobbler and had BBQ pork sandwiches. After we left to go home Jonny said he wasn't ready to get home and wanted to go for a drive. We ended up going sort of up the mountain to look over a canyon that is here. Kael is our cautious one and DID NOT like being close to the cliffs, Brady on the other hand is NOT AFEARED of much! He wanted to be right up close to see over the edge. He's going to be a handful camping next week! EEK! Here are some pictures I took (YAY ME but note to self take more with me in them too!)

p.s. Brady was everywhere so pardon the lack of pictures of him this time!
It turned out scrumptious!

Collecting rocks to throw

Who wouldn't adore a view like this only 10 minutes from your house! I ♥ my mountains!... And these aren't even the most pretty parts!

We are going camping for our Annual Kremin Family Campout, I look forward to it just as much as I do Christmas and if you know me well that A LOT! I'll remember my camera (I hope) if not I'll steel pictures to share. Until another post...

Loved this quote!

I've heard this before and it's been a while but I would have to say that I couldn't agree more with Sister Hinckley!

It was a good reminder to read it today, a good reminder to love the moments that sometimes drive me absolutely insane! I do have to say I love kisses from my boys they give the best kisses especially the sticky ones!

"I don't want to drive up to the pearly gates in a shiny sports car, wearing beautifully, tailored clothes, my hair expertly coiffed, and with long, perfectly manicured fingernails.
I want to drive up in a station wagon that has mud on the wheels from taking kids to scout camp. I want to be there with a smudge of peanut butter on my shirt from making sandwiches for a sick neighbor's children. I want to be there with a little dirt under my fingernails from helping to weed someone's garden. I want to be there with children's sticky kisses on my cheeks and the tears of a friend on my shoulder. I want the Lord to know that I was really here and that I really lived".
